Job Description
• Lead the Risk Management Team for the Agri Commodities Trading Organisation at India
• Responsible for risk management of physical commodity trading books, valuation, hedging and risk management of interest rate, foreign exchange, commodity and freight derivatives, including exotics
• Implementation of trading, risk management and VaR measurement, reporting systems.
• Development and implementation of Enterprise Risk frameworks ; processes.
• Responsible for Risk monitoring, control:
• Commodity trading: Agricultural commodity trading and hedging with exchange-traded futures, options and OTC structures.
• Freight trading: Vessel chartering and hedging with freight, fuel swaps.
• Derivatives trading: Proprietary trading, risk management products structuring, trading.
• Development and implementation of risk infrastructure and policies for India operations and in line with global framework
• Building of organisation-wide risk culture through policy-making and training.
• Develop Enterprise Risk Dashboards & Scorecards for quantification and presentation of key trading and non-trading risks to Board Risk Committee.
